Breakthrough Retreats

When I was struggling at university I felt like there were no solutions, and that I had nowhere to go. So, I’ve designed a GAP program to reboot your brain, and to get you back in the driving seat! Sign up here to be the first to hear when we’re live!
About you…
The past few months haven’t been easy. Maybe you’re unsure how to take those first steps to kick off your life’s next chapter, or perhaps you’re going through intense feelings of anxiety or isolation. Maybe you feel lost, or you’ve been considering changing your course, or even contemplating dropping out.
About Xsrted retreats…
Xsrted retreats offer research-led programs designed to optimise your recovery time, and deliver positive long-term learning outcomes. You’ll find structured support on your specific problem areas, and take part in a curriculum which focuses on the body and the mind to increase balance and wellness into your life.
If you’re hungry for some personal growth, this retreat could be a transformative start toward change. This is the place for healing and exploring. The program integrates cognitive approaches to mental wellness, which will include sharing your struggles, working through these feelings, and forming an action plan to move forward. As well as wellness activities: including vinyasa yoga, mindfulness exercises and vipassana meditation, hiking in nature, cooking, and taking part in land management tasks.
Our niche faculty-led programs create space for individuals to absorb treasured opportunities for development as part of a cohort, exploring and learning new skills together in a community. We integrate resilience building and creative thinking through setting group projects which facilitate teamwork as well as independent innovation.
Whilst some practical productivity and self-management skills are included in the retreat, we are more concerned with activating parts of the brain which are neglected in analytical academic research. This means stimulating the right brain through experimentation with painting, music, and performing arts. It is through regaining balance and mental equanimity that we make good decisions, and feel happier in our lives.
